Born on March 12, 1979 in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, Bishop Hayward R. Hamilton was birthed into this world as the youngest of five sons, to the Holy union of his parents Bishop Howard and Leona Hamilton of Chester, Pennsylvania. At the tender age of eight years old, Hayward accepted Christ into his life; at age sixteen, he received the gift of the Holy Spirit. Growing up in the church, God gifted Hayward as a percussionist and choir director, on all levels.
In June 1997, he responded to the call of God, and was consecrated Minister of Holy Temple Holiness Church; and by validation of God was also appointed Youth Pastor. After faithfully serving as Minister, in the year 2000 Pastor Hamilton entered into a higher calling and was ordained Elder in the Lord’s church. Throughout his course of ministry, God further assigned Pastor Hamilton to serve other music ministries as Chaplain and Spiritual Advisor.
In June 2004, after more than twenty three years of life connection in and dedication to his father’s ministry, God and his father released him to further destiny under the “Father-ship” of Bishop Bruce V. Parham, Pastor of Oasis of Refreshing Ministries. In September 2005, under the divine inspiration of God, Pastor Hamilton obeyed the voice and direction of God once again and was put on assignment to carry out His Word. He became the visionary of the Coming of Samuel Covenant Crusade. The mission was to disciple, evangelize, and empower this generation through the immutable, uncompromising, and life-giving Word of God. Along with his co-laborers in the gospel, the mission has spread throughout the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania bringing sinners to repentance, reclaiming the backslider and giving strength to the believer. In addition to Pastor Hamilton’s evangelistic assignments, in September 2008 he appeared on TBN’s nationally televised broadcast “Praise the Lord” hosted by Minister Tye Tribbett.
In January 2007, the inception of “Conquering Power Covenant Ministries International (CPCMI)”was birthed through the vision inspired by God. After extreme growth and maturity of ministry, Bishop Hamilton passed the mantle to the newly installed Pastor: Elder Emanuel Ellzy, in January 2020.
At the Historic St. Luke CC Church, in Chester, Pennsylvania, Pastor Hamilton was elevated and consecrated as Overseer in March 10, 2012, earmarking the beginning of a powerful movement, CPCMI; a fellowship of ministries geared to evangelize, empower and invoke transformation globally. Hamilton was then Consecrated to the Office of Bishop in March 2020 in Florence, South Carolina by the hands of Bishop William Young and Bishop Bruce V. Parham.
Bishop Hamilton holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree, a Masters of Theology degree and a Doctorate of Divinity degree through the Higher Ground School of Ministry, New Castle, Delaware, which is accredited through the Eastern Theological Seminary in Pennsylvania. He is also the Founder and C.E.O. of: The Arrival Place, HUB; Vineland, NJ. Hamilton is a visionary, accomplished author, and Kingdom Ambassador. He is the proud father of one son, Hayden Royale Hamilton, who faithfully supports him in ministry.
Bishop Hamilton is a 21st century preacher with an anointing of the aged. God has endowed him with a precise prophetic mantle, which aids his powerful flow in deliverance ministry. Poised with Apostolic awareness, empowering the Kingdom of God is his passion. He has an undying love for souls and through the work of God by his hands; many have been saved, set free, and delivered. “Being confident on this very thing, that he which has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ” – Philippians 1:6
